Project terms are agreed in a written proposal and agreement before paid work begins.
What the agreement covers
The workflow, deliverables, acceptance checks, exclusions, fee, payment milestones, access requirements and delivery responsibilities are defined for each engagement.
Ownership and licences, confidentiality, support and any third-party charges must also be agreed. This page does not commit either party to a price, start date or response-time guarantee.
